Windows 10 problem with Intel graphics
Hello, I installed Windows 10 a week ago on my laptop with the Intel HD4600 graphics. Latest Intel drivers. If you select Morphological anti-aliasing it darkens the favorites bar to the point where you can't read it. Disabling it solves the problem. Didn't know where to report this, so here I am.
Disabling "Restore defaults" ctrl+alt+F8
Intel HD Control Panel for the new Samsung NP940X3G - Intel HD Graphics 4400, driver 10.18.10.3643 (unable to update to 15.33.18.64.3496 due to "not validated for this computer").
I would like to disable the restore the defaults keystroke - Ctrl+Alt-F8, as it drives me insane - i frequently use such combinations in my developer work, and when some utility decides to handle it, and resets all my settings, while providing no way to uninstall or disable such behavior, it should receive a "highly unusable, annoying, and overall bad design" award. Please advise. Thanks!

Huge Problem with Windows 10 and Intel HD Graphics 5500 in Dell XPS 13 (2015)
Hi,
I have a Dell XPS 13 (2015) and recently updated to Windows 10. Since then, I have experienced extremelly annoying problems with the display, especially when coming back from sleep or when turning on the display after moments of inactivity. The screen keeps flickering and blacking for the first 5-10 minutes after recovering from sleep mode, which is extremelly annoying. I have seen in other forums that this also happens to other computers from different brands (such as Lenovo).
I have talked to Dell Support, and they have told me it is a problem of the display driver from Intel. I tried uninstalling the driver and, to my surprise, the problem was solved, proving that the latest Intel display driver is problematic (I downloaded and installed the latest one, as of date 25th August 2015, and the problem still remains).
This is a horrible and very frustrating problem. I would like to know how to contact Intel experts to, at least, learn whether they are working on solving this huge problem, or not. Some advice or similar experiences from other members of the community would be helpful too.
Thanks,

Artifacts on new Intel HD 4600
Hello everyone. I recently built myself a new computer and tried playing some games to test on the Intel HD 4600. Some games ran just fine however, when I was changing graphic settings in the Mortal Kombat X, artifacts started appearing, I returned to my desktop and I found out that the artifacts only appear in-game. Is this normal? I'm worried it might be a bad chip or something.

Lod Adjustment on Intel HD Graphics 4000+
Hello,
I own a laptop which has a i7-4500 CPU and a Intel HD 4400 graphics chip.
On every ATI/NVIDIA grahpics card you can adjust the Lod Bias (texture filtering) either by editing your registry or using a third party program.
As you know having a laptop with Intel HD 4400 doesn't really do that fantastic when it comes to FPS in most new games. However changing the texture filtering might increase the FPS (but obviously lowering heavily the quality).
I cannot seem to find anywhere on the web on how to change the Lod Bias on the Intel HD graphics. Can anyone help me out here?
A third party program or instructions to change it via regedit are welcome.
Best Regards
Lola

Windows 10 Screen flickering on logon screen and cannot update graphic diver.
Hi, I just recently updated to windows 10 and having this problem. My screen flickers on logon screen which make it impossible to logon.
I did some research and I found out that my graphic driver is having problem.
My specs are
64bits
I5-3317U,
Intel HD 4000 Graphic.
I've tried the driver updated utility, it installs it but on device manager it says I still have an older driver. When I run the utility agian, it asks to install it again.
I tried device manager to search for latest driver but it keeps on saying that I have the latest(which is not true).
Also, I tried the device manager zip file installation through selecting.
Is there anyway to install the latest windows 10 graphic driver properly(15.33.38.64.4252)?
Please, Help!
igfxtray.exe fault 0xc0000005 hangs Windows 8 logon
When starting up Windows 8.1 on a Dell XPS 15 laptop, I booted the system and then walked away for a few minutes without logging in. When I returned and entered my password, the login screen hung with "Welcome" displayed and the spinner of death doing its circle dance. I checked the Event Viewer and found this event shortly after the time of powering on but before I logged in:

It looks like this fault caused the hang. I haven't found a fix for it. Are there any Intel developers out there who care enough to fix buggy software?
