Sporadic SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on UHD 630
Hi,
I am using driver version 24.20.100.6287 on a UHD 630 graphics card on my Dell XPS 15 model 9570. This is the latest version of the driver put out by Dell. Trying to upgrade to x.x.x.6444 results in a "The driver being installed is not validated for your computer" error. Attempting to manually upgrade the driver from Device Manager results in a "Windows has determined that the best driver for this device is already installed" error.
The system ships with an NVidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti video card. I will attach the "System Information" dumps from both corresponding control panels (Intel and NVidia).
The crash only seems to happen while the laptop is docked. The dock adds 2 external monitors, bringing the total up to 3 (1 laptop panel, 2 external monitors).
The easiest way to reproduce the problem is open GPU-Z (2.15.0 in my case), click on the "Sensors" tab and wait.
I've also got a kernel dump but it is 1.5GB so I cannot attach it here. WinDbg output reports the following:

Ultrawide Resolution 2560 x 1080 - Issue
Hello,
I have a problem with the configuration of the video card.
The Intel tool informs me that my monitor supports the 2560x1080 re-solution, but it does not allow me to configure it. I was able to install the latest driver without problems, but I can not configure the extended screen correctly.
How can I fix this problem?

getting a 4k resolution
I have a Lenovo M910s desktop with an Intel 360 Graphics card installed but the best resolution i can get is 1920x1080. How can i get the card to push a 4k resolution. The monitor i'm using is a samsung 75" HDR connected via HDMI.

Assasins Creed Odyssey and AC:Origins issues with UHD 630
Odyssey crashes after the first cinematic once you hit new game and Origins can be played but after a while it will either start producing white textures at random or crash to desktop, no error log.
And on the display tab on AC Odyssey it shows am still using driver 24.20.100. 6929 while using the intel app for drivers says i have the latest UHD 630 drivers.

Intel UHD 630 graphics control panel missing after new DHC driver
After updating to 25.20.100.6444 the control panel is gone, tried searching in the start menu but still nothing. Did I make a mistake when i was installing the driver?? Just opened the exe installer and after successful install, restarted windows. Help please

Cannot install new DCH driver because of old Customized drivers
Currently users are unable to install DCH drivers. Intel support assistant refuses to downlod new DCH driver, the manual .exe detects customized driver and refuses to install, no .ZIP is delivered for this DCH drivers. Make something to fix this problem.

UHD 530 (i5 6500) 25.20.100.6444 (DCH) driver no more QuickSync
QuickSync video decoder no longer present since I updated to this driver
I do not know if it's a compound problem, LAV Filter, Windows itself or the driver
I'm used to playback videos trough QuickSync because the system draws less power than using CUVID with the GTX1070

Numerous Bugs with UHD 630 in Windows 10
I have to admit Intel did not build a proper driver for newest Intel UHD 630 yet.
I observed at least two problems and any help will be highly appreciated.
So - it is Dell G3 17 (3779) notebook with Intel UHD 630 and a discrete nVidia Geforce GTX 1060 on board. OS is Windows Pro x64 1809.
1. The drivers are not stable in installing Control Panel. The one from Windows Update does not install it - at least I cannot see it neither in system tray nor in any part of monitor / adapter properties. win64_25.20.100.6373.exe is the last working, because uwd_win64_25.20.100.6444.exe when updated will never show Control Panel (but igfxEM.exe and igfxCUISevice.exe are runing). If you try to clean install uwd_win64_25.20.100.6444.exe - there is no Control Panel files in system at all.
Why? How to control video driver settings in uwd_win64_25.20.100.6444.exe without Control Panel?
2. The main problem. It happens on any version of Intel Video Driver. When playing video using any video player rather than Windows built-in ("Movies & Video"), when watching YouTube in any browser rather than IE/Edge and even when watching built-in Windows screensavers - there are a short, but periodical lags every 5-10 seconds. You can decrease a resolution but it won't help.
When playing using nVidia - no problem. When using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter as a driver for UHD 630 - no problem. So it is definetely driver-based.
You can observe it even in Control Panel test videos and Dell Support Assistant troubleshooter tests.
As for now nobody can answer what is going on - more likely it is DX connection problem or something like that. Surely Intel should investigate and correct it - but it never happened yet.
Maybe somebody knows a solution? Searching Internet it could be found a lot of users with discrete cards (almost all notebooks) are reporting about the same.
Please do not recommend to switch off iGPU and use nVIDIA for all applications as it will definitely decrease the time of work from a battery that is critical for notebook.

My laptop keeps crashing, probably caused by the video driver
I have a Dell XPS 13 with an Intel Iris Graphics 540 card, with Windows 10.
Every now and then, about 3-5 times a day, it crashes with a blue screen, stop code IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I downloaded the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, verified that my driver is latest (all of them on the system are).
Is it positively the graphics driver's fault? Not sure. But the crashes happen when something "unusual" happens in video: when I change the multi-monitor layout, when I run a game that is heavy on graphics, and sometimes when the system comes back from standby. Sometimes it just happens.
Any ideas how to debug the issue?

NUC7i5DNKPC Display Issues
Good Morning,
We are moving most of our Desktop PC's to the Mini-Pc NUC7i5DNKPC,
We are experiencing display issues where the monitors will go to sleep and one or both will not come back up.
We have updated BIOS and Graphics Drivers to newest versions/ also Played with the display settings and power settings inside Windows.
It seems the only fix is to physically unplug the Monitors and plug them back in opposite ports until the computer recognizes both again. As you can imagine this is a terrible end user experience and constant headache for our IT Department.
Does anybody else experience these issues or have a fix for the above issues?

intel hd graphics 630 can’t connect 3 monitors simultaneously
I‘m trying to connect 3 monitors to intel had graphics 630 In a next way:
- full hd via VGA
- full hd via DVI
- QHD via HDMI
two of them are working together simultaneously just perfect. But once I connect the third one (no matter if it is DVI or VGA) then hdmi just stop showing a pic.
i can find this display in windows’ display settings but it appears to be not applicable -I cannot see or change its configuration.
could you please suggest me how to fix this issue?

Intel HD Graphics 5500 Not Working
My display driver "Intel HD Graphics 5500" has basically stopped working. My computer is a Lenovo T450s. When it is enabled, it makes the screen go crazy (hard to describe), and it is usable but just barely. I can disable the driver and the issue stops. So far, the only problem I've noticed with the driver disabled is that I cannot adjust the brightness, but there are probably more issues that I don't know about yet.
My computer is completely up to date, with both Windows and Lenovo updates. I have deleted and reinstalled the driver multiple times (including old versions) but every time the same issue reappears. I have no idea what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I can give more information about my system/drivers if needed.

How do I set Collage Display settings in a batch file?
2枚のモニタを結合表示させ使用していますが、起動時に度々結合が解除されてしまいます。
一度結合すれば再起動もしくは電源が入り直すまでは解除されることはありません。
バッチ化すれば自動化できるため、わかる方教えて下さい。
We are using two monitors combined and displayed(`Collage Display`),the connection is often canceled at startup.
Once combined, it will not be released until rebooting or turning on the power.
If you make it batch, you can automate it, please tell me who you know.

VLC fast min/max video causes Intel GPU driver to crash
I have the following issue, that I can mostly with high chance reproduce, crashing the Intel GPU driver, by quickly min/max a video stream in VLC. I think this needs to be reported mostly at Intel's side, not VLC or MS, because a userspace app like VLC shouldnt be able to crash the video driver even if it was a bug maybe in VLC, right?
Windows show these for the crash:
I have no other issue anywhere, while gaming, prime95 stability, other media players like MPC, Chrome ect. It just happens with VLC and a fast min/max video action.

Error code 0x887A0005 seems to mean DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED, which is obviously nonsense. The laptop is a 2 GPU device with Optimus. So this seems to be a driver issue or a Windows bug.
